Thank you for supporting my artwork. Every order is packed with care to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Times
Ready-made items such as prints and cards are typically dispatched within three to five business days.
Original paintings may require additional time for safe packaging or varnish curing, so please allow up to seven business days before dispatch.
Commissions and pet portraits are made to order. The estimated completion time will be discussed before payment and can range from two to six weeks depending on size and complexity.

Shipping within Ireland
Orders are shipped via An Post or courier service depending on size and value.
Standard delivery usually takes one to three business days after dispatch.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
Shipping is available to the UK, EU, USA, and Canada.
Delivery time varies by destination, typically between five and fifteen business days.
Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging
All artwork and prints are carefully wrapped using protective materials to prevent bending or damage.
Original paintings are shipped flat or in a box. Prints and cards are sent flat or in a rigid mailer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are either flat-rate or calculated at checkout depending on location and product size.
Free shipping may occasionally be offered during promotions.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within forty-eight hours of receipt with photos of the item and packaging so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
I am not responsible for items lost or delayed due to postal or customs issues, but I will always do my best to help resolve the situation.

Collection
If you are local, in-person collection may be arranged upon request.
